Technical Infrastructure

The MerrVetura platform is built with Next.js and hosted via Vercel Inc. Database and authentication services are provided by Supabase Inc., with servers in the Frankfurt, European Union region.

Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR). We are not obliged to participate in consumer arbitration proceedings and do not currently do so.

Disputes are governed by the law of the Republic of Kosovo with jurisdiction in Pristina.
