Terms of Use

Effective: July 2026

1. Scope and Operator

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the MerrVetura platform, accessible at merrvetura.com. The operator of the platform is Berat Murati, reachable at info@merrvetura.com.

Preliminary notice: MerrVetura is currently operated by Berat Murati as a natural person, pending completion of the incorporation of a limited liability company (SH.P.K.) in the Republic of Kosovo. Registry details will be added immediately after incorporation.

By registering or using MerrVetura, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

MerrVetura is an electronic marketplace that enables private sellers and car dealerships to publish listings for the sale of vehicles, and allows potential buyers to search, compare, and contact sellers directly.

MerrVetura acts exclusively as a technical intermediary and is not a party to any purchase or sale agreement between users. Every sales contract is concluded directly between the seller and the buyer. MerrVetura does not guarantee the accuracy of listing content, vehicle condition, ownership title, or any other aspect of transactions between the parties.

The platform also provides an integrated messaging feature (chat) for direct communication between sellers and potential buyers.

3. Registration and Account

Publishing listings and sending messages requires an account. You can register with an email address or a Google account. You must:

• Be at least 18 years old;
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration;
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others;
• Notify MerrVetura immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Each account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account. MerrVetura reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Listing Rules

Every listing published on MerrVetura must comply with the following rules:

• Ownership: You may only publish listings for vehicles that you own or for which you have the owner's explicit authorisation;
• Accuracy: All information (price, year, mileage, condition, documents, etc.) must be accurate and verifiable. Misleading information is strictly prohibited;
• No duplicates: Publishing multiple listings for the same vehicle is not permitted;
• Photos: Photos must be current and show the actual vehicle for sale. Photos taken from the internet or promotional materials are not permitted;
• Price: The listed price must reflect the actual asking price for the vehicle.

MerrVetura reserves the right to moderate, modify, or remove any listing that violates these rules or is deemed inappropriate, without prior notice and without any obligation to compensate the seller. Sellers may challenge moderation decisions by emailing info@merrvetura.com.

5. Fees

Publishing basic listings on MerrVetura is currently free of charge. Each user may have up to 3 active listings simultaneously at no cost.

MerrVetura reserves the right to introduce optional paid features in the future (e.g., increased visibility, premium listings, dealer profiles with advanced features). Any changes to the pricing model will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice before taking effect. Existing free listings will not be affected by pricing changes.

6. Reviews

MerrVetura plans to launch a review system for car dealerships and professional sellers. This feature is not yet active. Once available, the following rules will apply:

• Reviews may only be posted by users who have had documented contact with the seller through the platform;
• Reviews must be objective, based on genuine experience, and must not contain offensive, defamatory, or false content;
• MerrVetura reserves the right to moderate or remove reviews that violate these principles;
• Fake or coordinated reviews are considered a serious breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

7. Liability Disclaimer

MerrVetura is not liable for:

• The accuracy, completeness, or truthfulness of listing content;
• The actual condition, ownership title, or history of the vehicles listed;
• Any damages, financial losses, or disputes arising from transactions between buyers and sellers;
• The conduct of platform users;
• Service interruptions due to technical reasons, maintenance, or force majeure.

The buyer is always responsible for independently verifying the condition, documents, and legal title of any vehicle before purchase. We strongly recommend consulting independent experts and physically inspecting the vehicle.

8. Availability

MerrVetura aims to provide uninterrupted service but does not guarantee 100% platform availability. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance through the platform. MerrVetura is not liable for damages caused by service interruptions, data loss, or unforeseen technical issues.

9. Changes to the Terms

MerrVetura reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the date of revision. For material changes, we will provide notice via email or through our platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the law of the Republic of Kosovo. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts in Pristina, Republic of Kosovo, unless mandatory law provides for a different jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
