Withdrawal notice

This notice applies if you, as a consumer, buy a paid service on MerrVetura, for example “Top” or “Highlight” for a listing. Dealerships and other businesses that buy for their trade have no right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Berat Murati, MerrVetura, Schönleinstraße 4, 10967 Berlin, Germany, email info@merrvetura.com, phone +49 30 75436945) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Example: you book “Top” for 7 days at €1.99 and withdraw on the third day. For three of seven days we keep €0.85 and you get €1.14 back.

When the right of withdrawal expires

The right of withdrawal expires once we have fully performed the service, if we only began the performance after you gave your express consent and at the same time acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract. For “Top” and “Highlight” the service is fully performed after 7 days.

If your habitual residence is in the Republic of Kosovo, the mandatory provisions of Law No. 06/L-034 on consumer protection also apply; they likewise provide for a right of withdrawal of fourteen days.
