How do I spot a scam?
Be careful with prices that sound too good and with sellers who ask for money before you have seen the car. Never pay in advance, and check the car and its papers in person. Report suspicious listings with “Report” on the listing page.
The seller is not replying. What can I do?
Not every seller replies right away. Wait a day or two and, in the meantime, write to other sellers with similar cars. If the listing looks suspicious, report it with “Report” on the listing page.
How do I report a listing?
Open the listing and tap “Report”. Choose the reason and send the report, we will take a look.
Customs and import: what does it cost?
The customs calculator works out the customs and taxes for importing a car into Kosovo. It shows the individual items for your car. The values are estimates.
Problems with my account or signing in
Forgot your password? Reset your password and we will send you an email with a link. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder. If that does not help, write to us.
App notifications are not arriving
Check in your phone settings that notifications are allowed for MerrVetura, then restart the app. If it still does not work, write to us with your phone model.
